These terms govern your use of Endorsed.me, operated by Lovio Ltd (company number 16223718, registered in England and Wales; “we”, “us”). By using the site or creating or claiming a profile, you agree to these terms.

1. What Endorsed.me is

Endorsed.me is a directory where wedding suppliers are recognised through endorsements from other suppliers who worked alongside them at real weddings. Suppliers are ranked by their endorsements. Ranking and search position are never for sale — no payment affects when or where a supplier appears.

2. Accounts and claiming a profile

To manage a profile you must claim or create one and verify your connection to the business (for example via a business email or domain). You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish and for keeping your login secure. You must be authorised to act for the business you represent.

3. Endorsements — the rules

Endorsements exist to reflect genuine professional experience. You agree that: you only endorse suppliers you have actually worked alongside at a real wedding; there is one endorsement per shared wedding — endorsements cannot be bought, farmed, traded or stacked; you will not create fake profiles, fake weddings, or coordinated “endorsement rings”, or otherwise manipulate the signal. We may verify, quarantine, decline, merge or remove profiles, weddings or endorsements, and suspend accounts, to protect the integrity of the directory. Endorsements reflect the views of the supplier giving them, not us.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use Endorsed.me to post unlawful, defamatory, misleading or infringing content, to harass others, to scrape or misuse data, or to interfere with the platform. Endorsed.me is positive by design — it is not a place to rate suppliers down or post complaints about peers.

5. Pro subscription

Suppliers may subscribe to Pro for £14.99 per month or £139 per year. Pro unlocks additional tools and information on your profile. It does not affect ranking, search position or visibility. Payment is taken by Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices include VAT where applicable. We may change prices on reasonable notice, effective at your next renewal. Except where the law gives you a refund right, payments are non-refundable. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

6. The badge and your content

You keep ownership of the content and images you upload, and you grant us a licence to display them on Endorsed.me and in related promotion of the directory. The Endorsed.me badge and trust mark are ours; you may display the badge to show your verified endorsements while your profile is active, but you may not alter it or use it to imply endorsement we have not given.

7. Our intellectual property

The Endorsed.me name, wordmark, badge, design and content are owned by Lovio Ltd. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by these terms.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running well but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features. We may update these terms; the “last updated” date shows the latest version and we will flag material changes.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or goodwill, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period or £100. Endorsed.me provides information to help you make your own decisions; endorsements and profiles are not a guarantee of any supplier’s performance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
