About unclaimed profiles
Last updated: 11 July 2026
If you’ve found a profile for your business on Endorsed.me that you didn’t create, here’s exactly what’s going on — in plain English.
Why there’s a profile for you
Endorsed.me is a directory where wedding suppliers are recognised by the peers who’ve worked alongside them, not by paid placement. For that to be useful, the directory needs to already include the suppliers in an area. So we’ve created a basic, unclaimed profile for your business using information that’s already publicly available — things like your business name, category, region and website. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interests in building a fair, industry-wide directory. The information shown is limited and business-oriented. There is no charge, and an unclaimed profile doesn’t sign you up to anything.
What the profile shows
Your business name, category and region, and a link to your website or socials where public. It’s clearly marked as unclaimed until you claim it.
Your choices — all free, all easy
- Claim it. Take control of your profile, correct anything, add your details, and start endorsing the suppliers you rate. Claiming is free.
- Correct it. Tell us what’s wrong and we’ll fix it.
- Opt out of contact. Ask us not to email you again.
- Remove it entirely. Ask us to take the profile down and we will.
Use the Data Requests page or email hello@endorsed.me. We’ll action removal and opt-out requests promptly.
How endorsements work
Endorsements come only from other suppliers who worked alongside you at a real wedding — one endorsement per shared wedding, so they can’t be bought or farmed. It’s peer recognition for showing up and working well. Nothing about your profile can be paid for to change your ranking.
Your data
How we handle personal data is set out in full in our Privacy Policy. In short: we hold limited, mostly public business information; we don’t sell it; and you can access, correct, or erase it at any time.
